CleanQuotes helps cleaning businesses measure rooms, apply their own rates, and produce a professional quote to send to a customer. It is a pricing and estimating tool. It does not process customer payments, schedule jobs, or manage your team.

Every number the app produces is an estimate based on the measurements, tasks, and rates you enter. Room scans approximate dimensions and are not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing each quote before you send it and for the price you ultimately charge your customer.

The rates, tasks, notes, and customer details you enter are yours. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store and use the customer information you put into the app, and for keeping your quotes accurate.

CleanQuotes is offered as a subscription in three lengths: $5.99 per week, $19.99 per month, or $149.99 per year, each with a 3-day free trial for new users. Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Trial and pricing terms may change for future subscribers; any change will be shown before you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

Use the app for your legitimate business. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse it, and do not use it to store information you are not permitted to collect.

We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because your data is stored on your device, keeping a backup (for example through iCloud) is recommended.

The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost quotes, or damages arising from your use of the app or from any estimate it produces. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
